Our Hong Kong story began 50 years ago with the registration of the Chinney Construction Group in 1975. Our roots gofurther back into the history of modern China. The Chinney Group believes that continuous transformation and innovation is the key to adapting to our ever-evolving business environment. From my grandfather’s time starting in construction 100 years ago in Nanjing, to my father’s time founding the garment and real estate businesses in the 1970s, our company has transformed through time. We have had to stay nimble and responsive to challenges in every generation. Today, we are poised to enter our next era – Technology.
I am honored to take up the mantle of our family legacy. I see our mission extending beyond building physical spaces. We have already set in motion my vision to create sustainable development businesses that reach from the ground to the skies.
The Chinney Group is integrating advanced technologies into the construction business by promoting automation, digitization, AI, and green technology to boost efficiency and returns to our stakeholders, as well as to reduce the impact of climate change on our planet.
